Our retail store embodies our fun and friendly fine living philosophy in a relaxed Northern California style store with a knowledgeable staff and weekly wine tastings - located in one of the hottest growing areas in Omaha, NE.

Online, we have attempted to convey our philosophy via a secure and easy to use e-commerce site.  We are not new to e-commerce, and have been selling and shipping online since 1999. In December 2002 we were featured in Inc. Magazine as one of their annual Web Award Winners for our online and retail strategies.  In 2003 we were also hand selected as an Amazon.com business partner who currently features a portion of our products for sale on their site.  

The PremiumHG.com order system is totally secure, we use the top encryption package available to protect your credit card number, we never sell or distribute our customer list, and you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with an order number that can be used to track your order. We also keep you updated via e-mail when your order has been shipped and when you should receive it on your doorstep. We strive to deliver all of our orders within seven days or sooner after placement, however because some of our items are handmade, special order only, or may be backordered or become discontinued this may not be possible, but we will always notify you of this and give you an approximate delivery date.

As a completely privately owned and locally operated business we strive to provide fair and complete customer service.  We will make a reasonable effort to contact you via email should your order not be able to be processed for any reason, check products for damage prior to shipment and assure they are first quality, and will assist with general customer service/returns/exchanges/damage claims which fall within our Term and Conditions of Sale.  Due to a host of legal and other limitations stipulated by our vendors and suppliers, some requests you may have simply can not be performed by our company - we hope you understand.  As with all customer service, we must adhere to our stated Terms and Conditions of sale and it is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions.
