We returning an item to a manufacturer we recommend, shipping via insured UPS or FedEx and calling the appropriate manufacturer prior to shipping any merchandise to obtain any required Return Authorization or Service Authorization numbers for your warranty or service claim.

Our manufacturers/vendors require all customer warranty and repair issues to handled directly with their warranty and repair departments. PremiumHG.com does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties in any way and is not authorized by any manufacturers to perform any warranty claim or service.
