How is my purchase shipped?
PremiumHG.com makes the shipping of your purchases easy and inexpensive. We ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express Saver. We can upgrade your shipment to 2nd day or Next Day shipping for an additional fee, however your order will not ship until your scheduled shipment date, usually indicated after each item on your order. Your shipment date is based on the items that are purchased, if your order contains only items which "Usually ships within 24 hours" your order will usually be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday thru Friday. Items that are not labeled as "Usually ships within 24 hours" can take 3-5 business days to ship, special order and backordered items can take longer to ship.

Delivery Attempts -
FedEx will make a maximum of three delivery attempts. Orders that are returned to our shipping center after the third delivery attempt by FedEx and require reshipment will be recharged shipping. Shipping charges are nonrefundable on orders that are returned to our shipping center after the third delivery attempt by FedEx or are returned "Refused Delivery". FedEx leaves a delivery attempt notice at the delivery address and allows for you to call FedEx and arrange for a pickup at your local FedEx Staffed Office. To locate the nearest FedEx Staffed Office to you, please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX

Why can't I ship to a PO BOX?
We use FedEx exclusively for shipping and they cannot ship to a PO BOX. Exceptions are made only for APO/FPO addresses or shipments to Guam or similar US Territories.

What will I be charged for shipping, for orders within the Continental United States?
To calculate shipping rates for your purchase simply "Select" the items you would like to purchase and the Shopping Cart page of our online order system will show the shipping insured for full value and tax amounts charged to the order.

The standard FedEx change of address fee will be added to any orders for any in-transit shipments that require the delivery address to be changed or modified for a package prior to actual delivery. This fee is usually a minimum $10 fee however can be as much more depending on the shipping method and size/weight of the package.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable on orders that are returned to our shipping center after the third delivery by FedEx. Orders that are returned to our shipping center after the third delivery attempt by FedEx and require re-shipment will be re-charged shipping. Shipping charges are nonrefundable on orders that are returned to our shipping center after the third delivery attempt by FedEx.

Refused shipments will be charged an additional $20 for the return shipping fee - a charge we are assessed from Federal Express on refused shipments.  Should you wish to cancel your order please do so prior to or processing and shipping. 

Do I need to sign for my order?
A signature is required at time of delivery. We are unable to make exceptions to this rule due to the nature of the items that we are selling and agreements that we have signed.

But I'm Never Home
FedEx offers residential delivery until 7pm Monday - Friday in most cities in the US and Canada. Many of our clients ship their packages to their work or office address. Should you need to ship to your home and you are not available when FedEx attempts to delivery your package, FedEx will leave a Delivery Attempt note allowing you to pick up the package at the "FedEx Staffed" office nearest you.

When will I receive my order?
Pending approval of your credit card, you will normally receive your order within approximately 7-10 working days. 

Please Note - Once your order has been processed, orders are shipped via FedEx 5-7 Day Ground. 

Most of our products ship within 3-4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Special order and backordered items can take longer to ship. Your purchase shipment date is based on the items that are purchased, if your order contains only items which "Usually ships within 1-2 business days" your order will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (during business days). 

Items that are not labeled as "Usually ships within 1-2 business days" can take 3-5 business days to ship. Occasionally backorders, restocking shipments, and other delays prevent you order from being shipped complete. If you would like items to be shipped as soon as they are available please note "OK TO SPLIT ORDER" in the comments section on the order form, however each separate shipment will be charged its appropriate minimum shipping charge. Should you wish to cancel your order please do so prior to or processing and shipping. 

Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped we are unable to cancel your order. If a package is returned to us as being refused, within the US, we will refund the price of the items that you purchased however the shipping charge on your order are nonrefundable and your credit card will be charged an additional $20 for the return shipping fee - a charge we are assessed from Federal Express on refused shipments. Should you wish to cancel your order please do so prior to or processing and shipping.

Track your PremiumHG.com order(s) shipped by Fedex.

Enter the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation e-mail (usually sent 2-7 days after placing an order depending on the items ordered.)
Note - Tracking numbers cannot be supplied until 24 hours after shipment.

Order Status Inquiries
To inquire on your order status at any time send us an e-mail at, service@PremiumHG.com or call us between the hours of 10am – 5:30pm Central Standard Time (CST), Monday - Friday at 877-541-4076. Please include your name, order number, and what the information is that you are requesting from us in any e-mail correspondence. Upon receipt of your e-mail a PremiumHG.com representative will contact you within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.

International Shipment
We currently only ship to US and Canada. All international order will be canceled upon receipt.
